Wild mushrooms, herbs & forest berries
We buy, store and trade the gifts of the Rhodope forest — sourced from local foragers, with seasonal availability and wholesale volumes.
What we buy and offer
We work with wild mushrooms (porcini, chanterelles and seasonal species), mountain herbs (Mursalski tea, oregano, thyme) and forest berries (blueberries, raspberries, blackberries) — hand-picked on the clean Rhodope slopes.
From forager to warehouse
We buy directly from local foragers we have known for years. The produce goes through primary processing and sorting, and is stored in suitable conditions.
Seasons & volumes
Availability follows the rhythm of the mountain: herbs in spring–summer, berries in summer, mushrooms in summer–autumn. For wholesale trade, reserve quantities in advance — the seasons are short.
Frequently asked questions
When is each product in season?
As a guide: herbs — spring and summer; forest berries — summer; wild mushrooms — summer and autumn. Exact availability varies by year, so it is best to ask.
Do you sell wholesale?
Yes, we work mainly in wholesale volumes for processors and traders. Contact us for current availability and prices.
Where does the produce come from?
From the Western Rhodopes — the Dospat area, at around 1,200 m altitude. We buy from local foragers and control the storage ourselves.
